Seafood feast

Grilled marinated shrimp skewers, stuffed sockeye salmon with jumbo lump crab, swordfish, summer vegetables, and quinoa salad.

My sister Lisa's creation, with a fabulous Chicken Parmesan that she made. I ate it before remebering to take a pic. :)

Marinate for about an hour

Olive oil, basil, olives, red onion, lemon juice, tomato, and garlic.

Good looking sword.
