"Oh yeah baby!!!! Life is good."

I just take legs and thighs, simmer than in a seasoned stock with onions, carrots, tomatoes, celery, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper...or just a simple liquid is fine. Low simmer for a couple of hours or until chicken is fully cooked. Then remove from stock, add bbq sauce and grill.

Slow cooked Baby Back Ribs with a New Mexican Rub. I slow cooked it for about 4 1/2 hrs on as at about 225. I used some smoked paprika, dried Chiles from New Mexico, garlic, onion, brown sugar, and kosher salt.

Italian Club @ Yogi's

Italian Club at Yogis in Pasadena, MD (near Compass Point Golf course).

Best club sandwich I have had layered with provolone, ham, capricola, salami, and bologna.

They have other great menu items, too.
