Buitoni "Wild Mushroom Raviolis"

I sauteed garlic, onion, tomato, and broccoli rabe in olive oil and finished it with some white wine, fresh lemon, and parmesan.

Here is an incredible product that I highly reccomend. I am not big on frozen raviolis, but this is up there with some of the best. http://www.buitoni.com/Public/Default.aspx You can buy them at Safeway in Maryland and the website will give you more information on how to get your hands on more of their products.

Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak Burrito with peppers, onion, and shredded cheese

Great night to grill out after several rainy days here in Maryland. Kristy bought a skirt steak, an inexpensive cut that is very versatile, which I marinated with worchestire, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, and Tastefully Simple grill seasoning.

Topped with shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar and served with a side of quinoa.

Juicy and tender!

Mis en place.

I got a nice sear on it to lock in all the natural juces.

About 6 minutes on each side.

Smells good!

Ok, it's done.

Go O's!

Go Orioles! We we were at the game the other night and I captured this picture with the crabs and Old Bay Seasoning.
